Can I get help without signing in?
Yes. Email hello@tesla-wraps.net with your order number for payment or generation problems. We will help.
What does a credit pack cost?
We offer three one-time credit packs: $4.99 for 100 credits, $9.99 for 300 credits and $19.99 for 500 credits. Each pack is a single payment, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Anyway.
What are credits used for?
Credits pay for generating a custom wrap with AI. The credit cost of a generation shows before you start. Browsing, previewing and downloading gallery wraps never uses credits.
Are the gallery wraps really free?
Yes. Every wrap in the gallery is free to preview and download, with no account and no credits. You only choose a credit pack when you want a wrap generated for you.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a wrap cannot be completed, the credits used return automatically to your balance so you can try again.
Can I get a refund for an unused credit pack?
Yes. You can request a refund within 3 days of payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used (minus payment channel processing fees). Email hello@tesla-wraps.net with your order number. Once any credits from a pack are used, that purchase cannot be refunded.
If a generation fails, its credits return automatically. Email hello@tesla-wraps.net for a refund within 3 days of payment while that purchase remains completely unused.
