What this site keeps, who serves it, and what your browser holds. The production site uses GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits; analytics do not include uploaded images or account identifiers.
What we keep, and for how long.

Delete my data.
Open Delete my data in your account menu. This removes generated wraps, History and uploaded reference images. Your browser access and your credit balance stay as they are. If you only browsed and downloaded wraps, there is nothing on our servers to delete.
Private access and usage statistics.
You can browse, preview and download wraps without providing your name or email. If you generate a wrap, your browser cookie links an anonymous account to your balance and generated wraps. Save your private access link: anyone with it can access them, and without the cookie or link you will need support to recover access. Uploads leave your browser only after you start a generation. We use anonymous usage statistics; analytics exclude account identifiers, access links and uploaded images. Anyway and Stripe process payments. We save your payment email to send a receipt and a one-time recovery link valid for 30 days. Only confirming that link binds the purchased account and signs you in; payment alone never merges accounts. Anyone with the link can restore access. Account deletion removes the saved email and recovery link.

Can I get help without signing in?

Do I need an account to browse or download wraps?
Browsing the gallery, previewing wraps and downloading PNG files need no account, no email and no upload.
How long are uploaded reference images kept?
Reference images you upload delete from our storage when your wrap finishes or fails, with automated cleanup starting 55 minutes after generation begins. Copies held by our generation partner follow their own retention rules.
How long are generated wraps kept in my account?
Generated wraps stay in your account for 7 days, so download the PNG before they expire.
What happens if a generation fails to complete?
Failed generation credits return automatically to your account balance so you can try again without buying more credits. For billing questions, or to request a refund on unused credits within 3 days of payment (minus payment processing fees), contact our independent team at hello@tesla-wraps.net with your order number.
